I (Monika Keller) help you make sustainable changes in your habits to deal with stress, frustration, anger, guilt and other negative feelings so that you get more clarity and see fresh perspectives. You will work through the proven PQ program from Positive Intelligence with me at your own pace. I will accompany you on your way with individual assignments (weekly email), live Q&A sessions (online check-in every 2 weeks) and a 1:1 online de-briefing session.


Upon enrolling for the program, you will get access to the mental fitness gym with various online mental fitness exercises. You will also get access to the audiobook of the New York Times bestseller "Positive Intelligence" by Shirzad Chamine one week prior to starting with your first weekly video.

Here is the timeline for your program when you book until 11 July 2023.

15.-21.07.23: Get familiar with the gym exercises in the app, listen to the audiobook "Positive Intelligence: Why only 20% of teams and individuals achieve their true potential and how you can achieve yours" by Shirzad Chamine.

This part is totally self-paced as are all the weekly videos that will follow. 

Every weekend from 22.07.23 until 02.09.23, you will receive a 1 hour video that you watch at your own pace until the following Monday. You will then practice the entire week on the topic of the video by doing several small coach challenges a day (total 15 minutes a day of daily practice in the app throughout the week).

I will accompany you by weekly emails to help you guide you through the program and you can always ask me any questions you may have. You also have time to reflect and write down your learnings in a journal.

At the end of the program on September 5, 2023, you will have a 1:1 de-briefing meeting with me (online) and there is time to go deeper into your personal saboteur assessment and any current challenges you may have involving your saboteurs.

  • 8 weeks duration (including one preparation week to familiarize yourself with the gym and listen to the audiobook and one afterweek to deepen your learnings)

  • Free saboteur assessment via the Positive Intelligence website

  • Watch 1-hour weekly video (on weekend or Monday) about specific topics that you will train on the following week

  • 15 minutes/day of practice on the app

  • Read 8 chapters of Positive Intelligence book (PDF provided) or listen to the audiobook

  • Weekly emails by me to keep you on track and empower you to move on, three 30 to 45 minutes live Q&A sessions (Zoom) to check-in on your learning and development and a 1:1 online de-briefing session (1 hour) with me, so that I’ll continue to be your mental fitness coach throughout the program

  • In addition, you will have the option to contact me at any time during the program duration if you have questions or need help with anything concerning your mental fitness program

  • If you book as part of a group, I will help you set up your weekly Pod meetings during which you can exchange on your learnings with peers. This is optional, but it can bring extra insights into your development journey.


  • Deadline to register July 11, 2023

  • First weekly video with program content delivered by Coach Shirzad Chamine available July 22, 2023

  • Gym and audiobook / PDF available from July 15, 2023

  • We will decide on the Q&A session times and dates together (usually every two weeks on Tuesdays)

  • Individual (1:1) de-briefing session at the end of the program (1 hour Zoom call)

  • You can keep the gym for 1 entire year after finishing the six weeks initial intense training at no extra cost to continue your mental fitness journey

  • If you like, you can discuss your saboteur assessment with me during the de-briefing call

  • Recommended to participate with at least one other accountability partner 

  • This can be someone like family, colleague, friend, etc.

  • Accountability “Pod” size: 2-6 - if you have no one to do this program together with, I can take the role to be your accountability partner and we will discuss challenges & learnings in the check-in sessions

Your investment into your mental fitness is a flat CHF 1,333

(equals less than CHF 170 / week for your 8 weeks intensive training.)
